WP1: Project management and coordination

Project management and coordination are necessary to ensure the smooth running of the work, perfect cohesion between all participants, alignment with general objectives and compliance with legislation, rules and guidelines.


  • To manage and coordinate the work.
  • To coordinate the compiling of the main deliverable documents.
  • To establish and maintain contacts with stakeholders and maintain a matrix of collaborations and dependencies with other initiatives.
  • To draft and update Data Management Plan of the project.
