Overiew
The training aims to provide information regarding dashboard used in the frame of wastewater-based epidemiology. This includes information on database structure, visualization with R software, R shiny app, and versioning of code using Github platform.
Objectives
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Manage a simple database using an appropriate meta data template
- Produce visuals of interest in the field of wastewater-based epidemiology
- Develop and maintain the automation of reporting with Quarto software
- Develop and maintain a dashboard using the R shiny app
- Coordinate collaborative coding work using the versioning tool provided by Github.
- Develop soft skills necessary to maximise the impact of a dashboard
